Wild Cherry 2015, 70 cl

The old trees from which the wild cherries for this cherry brandy are picked grow on the edges of the forests in the Zug region. They receive no care, bear no names, and are certainly not pure varieties. The distillate of the hand-picked, fully ripe, and highly aromatic small cherries, with their unmistakable sweetness, is allowed to mature for many years in 50-liter demijohns. Incidentally, it takes 9.5 kg of fruit for 70 cl of wild cherry brandy! The result is impressive! Many a non-cherry drinker has been converted into a true cherry enthusiast thanks to the finesse and harmony of this exquisite brandy.
