The idea for "Wild Island Botanic Gin" was born on the small Scottish Hebridean island of Colonsay, an island that resembles a wild paradise with a magnificent, sea-influenced landscape. This gin is a tribute to the beauty and unique character of this island. It uses 22 botanicals, most of which are native plants from the Southern Hebrides. The heart and soul of this citrusy, fruity, and slightly bitter gin are lemon balm, meadowsweet, sea buckthorn, water mint, heather, and bog myrtle. British wheat and Scottish water are used in its production. Juniper, coriander, orange zest, cassia bark, and angelica root, among others, lend it depth and body. Enjoy it with a refreshing, not-too-sweet tonic water.
