The Wine Protector offers the simplest and safest way to preserve your opened wine. At the touch of a button, a protective gas flows from the cylinder, which contains a nitrogen oxide capsule, into the wine bottle. This odorless and tasteless gas is heavier than air and therefore settles on the surface of the wine, reliably preventing contact between the wine and air. This eliminates any risk of oxidation. After 30 to 40 uses, the capsule is simply replaced once it is empty.
