Wachenheimer Goldbächel Riesling 2021, 75 cl

The Wachenheimer Goldbächel PC thrives on weathered sandstone soil and river gravel. It takes its name from a small stream that flows through the vineyard, bathed in golden light by the afternoon sun. This Riesling is very clear, delicate, and floral with notes of flint. On the palate, it is rich and saline-piquant, refined and very elegant, with a long, salty-piquant finish and grip.
