Vi de Vila Gratallops 2022, 75 cl

Spain's first village wine, modeled after Burgundy: Vi de Vila Gratallops. All vineyards are located in the municipality of Gratallops and are partly planted using traditional mixed planting methods, including small proportions of white grape varieties. The blend is dominated by Garnacha, which impresses with its unparalleled richness, aromatic depth, and notes of wild berries and floral nuances. On the palate, graphite, red berries, cherry, a hint of pepper, and spice combine in a captivating interplay. The result is a playful yet characterful wine – ideal with dark meats, mushroom dishes, or braised vegetables with herbs such as rosemary, thyme, or bay leaf.
