Jorge Moreira bottles this wine only in the most exceptional vintages. The last bottling before 2011 was in 2005. It displays the full depth, power, and intensity of the steep terraces of Vale do Inferno. Aromas of dried plum and ripe black berries mingle with the scent of violets, eucalyptus, sandalwood, and a subtle smoky note. It coats the palate generously and with a rich, creamy texture, while still exhibiting remarkable freshness. Extremely complex in its aromas, it lingers endlessly. A wine that offers the greatest pleasure.
