Truffle Gin, Black Summer Truffle 2021, 50 cl

The base of this Truffle Gin is Wilhelm Marx's classic Bavarian Dry Gin. After distillation, it is macerated again with black summer truffles to give the gin a unique aromatic complexity. Initially, the nose reveals nuances of forest floor, lemon zest, and a touch of juniper. On the palate, these earthy, forest-like aromas intensify and combine with the unmistakable taste of fresh truffle. Full-bodied yet creamy, with a subtle spiciness on the finish. This gin was created in collaboration between Dr. Rudolf K. Sprüngli (Member of the Board of Directors of Lindt & Sprüngli and Chairman of the Trufo Group) and Wilhelm Marx.
