The Blowing Stone, Wild Strawberry Gin

Building upon their superb London Dry recipe, The Blowing Stone has added wild strawberries to create a sweet and aromatic, pinkish-hued gin. Wild strawberries, known to the Anglo-Saxons as "streowberigan," grew wild in meadows and open woodlands. Smaller and sweeter than today's cultivated strawberries, they were a rare delicacy, offering a delicate explosion of sweet berry flavors—much like their gin. Fragrant and sweet, with a robust juniper heart alongside a fresh, fruity taste and a touch of spice. Pleasantly sweet with a hint of warmth and dominant strawberry before a complex, well-rounded finish.
