The Blowing Stone, Crabapple & Royal Ginger Gin

The third variant in this gin series is the Crabapple & Royal Ginger Gin. Based on the delicious London Dry recipe, locally sourced apples and fresh ginger are used to create a captivating gin that is both sweet and smooth – balanced with a subtle ginger spice. Both Anglo-Saxon and Viking soldiers sought out wild apples, known as "crabbe," on their travels through the English kingdoms. In the 9th century, ginger was a luxury enjoyed almost exclusively in royal courts and was most likely introduced by spice traders from the Mediterranean. Fragrant with a robust juniper heart alongside sweet apple, herbs, citrus peel, and spices. Gently spicy with a touch of warmth and a delicate ginger note before a complex, rounded finish.
