"Le Triumvirat" is a first-class vintage Champagne that highlights the distinctive characteristics and craftsmanship of the Tarlant family estate, run by siblings Melanie and Benoît Tarlant, two absolute luminaries in the grower Champagne world. Le Triumvirat is named after the three parcels from which it originates: Les Crayons, Les Sables, and L'Enclume. This Brut Nature, composed of 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir, perfectly embodies the rich terroir of Champagne, revealing aromas of brioche and flint, along with candied citrus fruits. On the palate, it is intense and fresh, with a juicy, slightly chalky texture and a saline minerality. Aging in oak barrels and over 12 years on the lees contribute to its remarkable complexity. This champagne is therefore an excellent accompaniment to light meat and fish dishes with creamy sauces, as well as seafood risotto.
