SI-OFF Seebrise (alcohol-free white vermouth)

SI-OFF Seebrise is a light and refreshing, non-alcoholic vermouth alternative with a summery, fruity aroma and flavor, characterized by elderflower, chamomile, citrus, and of course, vermouth. It was created as a tribute to the numerous lakes that dot the Swiss landscape. The base of SI-OFF Seebrise is dealcoholized Swiss white wine. Various herbal and floral infusions, as well as exclusively natural flavorings, have been incorporated. Awarded a Silver Medal at Craft Spirits Berlin. Mocktail suggestion: Pour 5 cl of SI-OFF Seebrise into a highball glass filled with ice, garnish with a grapefruit zest, and top with tonic water. Ingredients: Water, Swiss grape juice, Swiss beet sugar, herbal infusion (elderflower extract, chamomile extract, wormwood, elderflowers, chamomile flowers), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavoring.
