Sherry Fino

The winery is situated directly on the banks of the Guadalete River and not far from the Bay of Cádiz. This unique location provides the ideal humidity for the crucial formation of yeast flor, imparting a salty, maritime note to the Fino. On the nose, the Fino presents subtle yeasty aromas with hints of citrus and green apple. Delicate, vibrant, and complex on the palate with an almond-like bouquet. A perfect balance between the fruitiness of the Palomino grape and the ripeness brought about by the yeast.
