The blackcurrants develop their full flavor right here at the Bärenhof estate, at an altitude of approximately 600 meters. The berries are harvested by hand, then carefully fermented and gently distilled. This exquisite distillate is characterized by the robust fruit intensity of the fully ripened blackcurrants.
