The terroir of the Premier Cru vineyard Aux Serpentières is undoubtedly one of the highest quality in Savigny-lès-Beaune, a commune in the northern part of the Côte de Beaune. Facing south, it lies opposite the hill of Corton, overlooking the Charlemagne vineyard. This Premier Cru from the Remoissenet estate reveals aromas of fresh, velvety red berry fruit, a hint of spice, and is medium-bodied on the palate with a superb structure.
