Sauvignon Blanc l'Après-Midi 2019, 75 cl

L'Après-Midi is an outstanding expression of the estate's terroir. The intense and complex bouquet is dominated by passion fruit, mangosteen, guava, yellow nettle blossom, honeysuckle, lemon, lime, white peach, and white currant, with hints of honey and candied anise. The palate is rich and zesty, echoing the aromas with additional notes of fresh almonds and nougat. The pronounced minerality, a hallmark of Knight Valley, balances the wine's richness and lends it superb finesse. The finish is multifaceted, very long, and elegant. This wine will benefit from two years of aging and will continue to mature for a decade or more.
