The Sauvignon Blanc "Karolina" thrives at an altitude of 350-400 meters above sea level, directly below the Leuchtenburg ruins, on gravel, clay soils, and porphyry bedrock. The bouquet exudes aromas reminiscent of ripe lemons, elderflowers, green bell peppers, lemon balm, and meadow herbs. On the palate, it presents itself as very well-balanced. Acidity, minerality, creaminess, fruit, and body are in perfect harmony. Aromas evoke yellow exotic fruits, mandarin orange, and lemongrass. "Karolina" is very typical of the variety and offers great drinking pleasure!
