Sauvignon Blanc 2023, 75 cl

This Sauvignon Blanc from Graubünden combines the styles of a Loire Valley and modern New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Grown in Fläsch on Graubünden slate with a deep limestone subsoil, it produces a complex, structured, and very delicate example of the variety. The complex nose is grassy and herbal, complemented by aromas of green bell pepper, lime, and elderflower. On the palate, an exciting interplay of flavors unfolds: exotic yellow fruits and fresh, cool herbs with a hint of oak influence. Very elegant and expressive.
