Sassicaia Tenuta San Guido 2020, 75 cl

Medium ruby, light rim. Very fine nose, wonderfully deep and complex, reminiscent of a fine Bordeaux, showing plenty of spice and dried herbs, changing with aeration, becoming more playful. An almost restrained opening, then the wine unfolds, red fruity, clear and very delicate, the tannins are finely woven, the acidity is pronounced, this wine is almost Burgundian in its elegance, light to medium body, supported by a very good structure, this is not a powerhouse but an elegant wine with a very nice length. Finishes with a delicate spiciness and a hint of blood orange.
