Seasonal Rum XO

This Saison Rum XO bears the signature of Jérôme Tessendier and skillfully blends the aromas of its Caribbean origins: Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica. Each batch matures for at least 10 years in used Cognac casks from the Tessendier distillery, which imparts this Rum XO with its exceptional subtlety of aromas. Powerful on the nose with vanilla, roasted and cedar notes, and a hint of light tobacco. Full-bodied on the palate with a slightly woody nuance and flavors of flambéed banana.
