Seasonal Pale Rum

A careful selection of distillates from three distinct terroirs on the Caribbean islands of Barbados, Trinidad, and Jamaica is made. The Master Blender's intention is to present the typicity of these terroirs in perfect balance while highlighting the differences between each region. These rums then travel across the ocean to France, where they are blended by Cognac master Jerome Tessendier. His aim is to create a unique harmony by employing the same methods used for Cognac, blending the different island terroirs with their distinct floral, fruity, and spicy aromatic profiles. The blend rests for three months in mature French oak barrels on the banks of the Charente River. A fruity rum with light notes of vanilla and flambéed banana, with a honeyed finish. A subtle combination of freshness and authenticity that will enhance all your cocktails.
