Saint-Saphorin Grand Cru Les Blassinges 2024, 70 cl

Pierre-Luc Leyvraz understands better than anyone how to bring out the best qualities of Saint-Saphorin from his steep Les Blassinges vineyard. The soil is poor and contains little clay, but is very calcareous. This terroir is reflected in the wine, which is fresh and fruity with mineral and floral notes. Aromas of almond, quince, and honeysuckle on the palate hint at its full-bodied character and culminate in a saline finish.
