The Gaisböhl GC Monopol is equivalent to the VDP Grosses Gewächs. It presents itself as full and smooth with a delicate aroma of poached pear, peach, and ripe red apple. Underlying these are notes of pineapple with hints of vanilla and chamomile. Complex and fragrant, it is truly opulent in its approach, boasting abundant fruit and a smooth, creamy texture. Exotic notes of grapefruit and mango enrich its spectrum. A magical interplay of finely integrated acidity and subtle fruit sweetness.
