Rosato Rovere (Rosato di Merlot) 2021, 75 cl

Intense and complex with floral aromas of rose and citrus blossoms. The fruity notes are reminiscent of candied cherry, melon, and white peach. Fruity and elegant on the palate with pleasant toasty aromas reminiscent of vanilla and acacia honey. Thanks to its juicy acidity and elegant, medium body, this Rosato di Merlot is perfect as an aperitif, as well as with summer fish dishes.
