A village wine from the top vineyards of Berg Rottland, Kirchenpfad, and Bischofsberg, combining freshness, minerality, and structure at the highest level. The mineral-rich, slate soils, direct proximity to the Rhine, and varying altitudes lend it expression, vibrancy, and great aging potential. On the nose, it unfolds herbal spice, stony notes, and subtle fruit of green apple, lemon, and vineyard peach. Lively on the palate, with delicate acidity, fresh citrus fruit, crisp apple, and a light minerality—light-footed, lively, and elegantly drinkable. A dry Riesling that pairs particularly well with fish, white meat, mature cheeses, light vegetable dishes, or refined salads.
