The Principessa Bianca is a full-bodied Chardonnay – a white wine bearing the typical signature of the Paolo Conterno estate, which, in addition to its headquarters in Piedmont, also operates a vineyard in the heart of Tuscany. It boasts a finely nuanced bouquet with aromas of ripe stone fruit, white blossoms, citrus zest, and a hint of almond. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a delicate smoothness and a pleasant richness. Enjoy this "Principessa" with vitello tonnato, polenta with mushrooms, or poultry with sauce.
