The vines (between 15 and 40 years old) thrive in iron-rich soil, giving the wine its distinctive character! It boasts delicate and playful aromas of sour cherries, cranberries, rose petals, and dark spices. On the palate, it is elegant, soft, and above all, succulent with a wonderfully smooth drinking experience. This Pinot Noir was spontaneously fermented and aged in a combination of new and old barriques, then bottled without fining or filtration.
