This Extra Old Rum originates from two casks of an exquisite 2008 Single Origin Panama, which matured for 14 years in American oak. This special aging process is reflected in notes of vanilla, ginger, chocolate orange, and charred oak. A full aroma, a smooth, rounded mouthfeel, and intense flavor characterize this rum. It offers aromas of gingerbread, buttery toffee, and molasses. On the palate, it is robust and creamy. Its finish is warming, sweet, and enveloping with notes of citrus zest and toasted oak.
