Pinot Noir Kirche 2022, 75 cl

Vinified as a single vineyard. South-facing terraced vineyard in front of the church in Uetikon. The poor soil and the constant cool breeze from Lake Zurich create a unique microclimate in this secluded vineyard plot. This is already evident in the wine's maturation in seven French oak barriques. Currently still somewhat closed on the nose, the bouquet is already delicate, elegant, and complex. On the palate, it is smooth with fresh acidity, firm tannins, fine fruit, and a rich and diverse aromatic profile. Bottle aging is not yet complete. We recommend further aging to allow the wine to reach its optimal drinking maturity.
