A Pinot Noir unmistakably from the Bündner Herrschaft region. Its bouquet seduces with aromas of red berries and sour cherries, accompanied by a charming spiciness. On the palate, it showcases its strengths: fruity, fresh, and with an elegant structure supported by fine tannins. It is particularly enjoyable with classic Bündner specialties such as barley soup, capuns, pizzoccheri, or, of course, the legendary Bündnerplättli (a regional platter of local specialties).
