Champagne Bijou: A rare find from the renowned Philipponnat house. Famous for its Pinot Noir, this winery surprises with a blend of 100% Chardonnay. The grapes come exclusively from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards. The wine spent seven years (!) on the lees. Aromas of brioche, citrus, almonds, and blossoms immediately whet the appetite.
