A unique English sparkling wine named in honor of the head winemaker, Cherie Spriggs. The nose offers aromas of lemon, acacia honey, mineral notes, and a hint of mandarin. The palate opens lively with sweet lemon tart, characterized by crisp acidity and a very clean, pure structure. A refined, delicate sparkling wine with a higher dosage. Definitely an excellent choice if you find sparkling wines or Champagne too dry.
