This Extra-Brut Champagne presents itself as multifaceted and distinctly terroir-driven. Its expressive aroma is characterized by delicate acacia blossoms, Williams pear, and honey. On the palate, mineral notes recall the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs and the renowned limestone of Champagne; then the spicy Pinot Noir from the southern Montagne de Reims becomes apparent, lending this cuvée strength. The Pinot Meunier contributes to its velvety texture. Thanks to the low dosage, this Champagne retains its freshness and offers a clear, purist flavor profile.
