Awarded the Platinum Prize and 98 points by Decanter magazine. A Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from grapes from Grand Cru vineyards and aged in the bottle for at least eight years. An impressively intense bouquet reminiscent of white star jasmine blossoms, acacia, mint, lemongrass, apple, blood orange, and hints of mocha and roasted almonds. A bit like strolling through an oriental market or an orangery. On the palate, it opens with a fine mousse, multi-layered, elegant, and opulent with a delicate minerality. The juiciness is invigorating. A layer of aromas unfolds, including fresh meadow herbs, vanilla, pomelo, white currant, pineapple, and subtle toasty notes.
