This single-varietal Chardonnay offers an intense, multifaceted nose: acacia and orange blossom, honeycomb, ripe peach, prickly pear and pineapple, Tahitian vanilla and cardamom, warm brioche and butterscotch. It caresses the palate with fine bubbles and opulent richness, captivating with its juicy fruitiness reminiscent of mirabelle plum, mandarin orange, and pineapple. Intriguing is the subtle minerality and hints of roasted nuts, fresh bread dough, and saffron. The finish is invigoratingly dry and complex.
