Mr. Gaston Gin Mizunara Cask Finish

Japanese Mizunara oak is among the rarest oaks used for barrels worldwide. With its warm spice and moderate tannins, it uniquely complements distillates – including this gin, produced in a limited run of 680 bottles. Botanicals such as juniper, coriander, mandarin peel, and elderflower lend it its aroma, while three months in Mizunara oak barrels impart subtle vanilla notes. Serve it slightly chilled, but not ice-cold, to best appreciate its nuances. Of course, ice cubes are also permitted when served with tonic.
