Unlike François Chidaine's other wines, the bouquet is initially rather restrained, characterized by the aroma of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and mint. On the palate, the wine is dry and very juicy with a spicy, slightly bitter taste, interwoven with a delicate note reminiscent of honey and sun-ripened apricots. Our tip: Decant the wine at least half an hour before enjoying it!
