Mister M's London Dry Gin

Mister M is Markus del Monego, World Sommelier Champion in 1998 and Master of Wine since 2003. Together with the renowned Moselle-based distiller Hubertus Vallendar, he created this gin as a "world tour in a glass." What does that mean? In addition to classic juniper berries, eleven other botanicals express themselves in this premium distillate, lending it notes of citrus, Riesling blossom, lavender, and Japanese cherry blossom. Powerful on the palate with a slightly sweet finish and a long, lingering aftertaste, this gin is wonderful neat, but also perfectly suited for a Gin & Tonic, for example, with the mild tonic water from the Wilhelm Marx distillery.
