On the nose, this Merlot initially presents itself as distinctly spicy and dominated by the toasty aromas from oak aging. Later, scents of delicate rose and lily, cassis, plum and blackberry, coconut, cocoa, and black olives unfold. Tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced, the body powerful.
