The vines grow on the Sachsenberg vineyard and are trained using the Lyra system, which ensures optimal ripening. With a soft, opulent opening, it makes its entrance on the palate, which is then coated with a delicate sweetness and ripe, supple tannins. Its rich aromas range from rose and violet, currant jelly and cherry compote, Earl Grey tea, licorice, mocha, cinnamon and clove to dark chocolate and cubeb pepper. One could linger over it forever, wanting to immerse oneself in the wine!
