The Grand Cru Maustal Silvaner originates from a picturesque vineyard with limestone soils along the Main River, reminiscent of an amphitheater. The approximately 60-year-old Silvaner vines produce elegant, concentrated fruit, which is then spontaneously fermented. This Silvaner offers aromas of citrus fruits, morning dew in a summer meadow, cool herbs, lemon balm, and green iced tea.
