The Ligne Prestige Brut from Charles Rolaz in the canton of Vaud, vinified from Chardonnay and Doral grapes – a cross between Chardonnay and Chasselas – boasts intense aromas of white stone fruits, underscored by subtle floral notes reminiscent of meadow blossoms. On the palate, it is creamy, balanced, and displays a pleasant, fine perlage. A harmonious and smooth sparkling wine that pairs perfectly with a variety of dishes and suits different palates.
