A magical place: In Priorat, one of Spain's wildest corners, old terraced vineyards with bush vines still exist. Cult winemaker Álvaro Palacios uses their grapes to craft Les Terrasses – a tribute to tradition with a modern twist. Intoxicating aromas of violets, black cherry, dark berries, Mediterranean herbs, and robust roasted notes. On the palate, grip and spice are paired with lively acidity. It shines with filet mignon and is a perfect match for winter braises. Or simply enjoy it with tapas like patatas bravas or chorizo.
