An iron hand in a velvet glove! The Domaine strives to express the character of the marl soil in the Gruenspiel vineyard (one of the best sites in Bergheim). This is achieved through an "orange wine," produced using maceration. This allows the wine to express its terroir and guarantees excellent aging potential. The wine boasts phenomenal length, a light tannin structure, and impressive power. The aromas are predominantly yellow fruit and exotic, accompanied by mint, lime, and a cool, stony minerality. It pairs perfectly with veal tartare and Riz Casimir.
