Le Caprice de Clémentine Rosé 2023, 75 cl

When the Pons family took over the vineyard in Provence in the late 1990s, they named it Les Valentines, a combination of their children's first names, Valentin and Clémentine. This sunny-natured rosé originated from a "caprice," a whim of Clémentine's. It offers aromas of peach, mandarin, and red berries. On the palate, it's round and easy to drink, with fragrant fruit, lively acidity, and a delicate, smooth finish. Enjoy it in large sips!
