La Hormiga comes from vines over 100 years old, some of which are ungrafted, grown in the cool, high-altitude regions of the province of Soria – up to 950 meters above sea level. These old vines lend the wine power and character, while the altitude ensures a pleasant freshness and elegance. The nose unfolds a symphony of ripe berries and delicate spice notes. On the palate, La Hormiga reveals itself with beautiful fullness, a velvety texture, and perfectly smooth tannins.
