Kifaru Zoo Zürich Dry Gin

Kifaru (Rhinoceros) Gin is made exclusively with botanicals from Zurich Zoo. It is refined with blossoms from trees in the Lindenhof park, hay flowers from the Lewa Savannah, and vanilla from the Masoala Rainforest. Typical of a dry gin, the nose first reveals juniper and citrus notes, followed by vanilla, hay, and a hint of linden blossom, rounded off with a light spiciness. This complex interplay of aromas is repeated on the palate, leaving a creamy and refreshing mouthfeel that lingers on the finish. Kifaru Gin is produced at the Turicum Distillery in Zurich.
