Island Hopper Caol Ila 12 years Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Island Hopper is a range of Scotch whiskies from island and coastal distilleries, offering maritime notes of salty sea spray and smoky aromas. This single malt is non-chill filtered and has a natural light golden color. On the nose, the malt offers aromas of earthy peat fire, smoked hay, seaweed, and ripe melon. The smokiness is also present on the palate with flavors of grilled wood chips, cigar box, sea spray, roasted pistachios, citrus peel, and sweet oatcake. It is rounded off with a long, oily finish of oatmeal, black pepper, and tobacco leaves. This is an exclusive bottling for Baur au Lac Vins in collaboration with The Whisky Cellar. Only 306 bottles of this exclusive whisky were produced.
