Hawkridge White, Victorian Cherry Orchard Gin

Fancy something a little different? This spirit is flavored with pressed red cherries, vanilla, and honey. A tribute to the Victorian era, when people couldn't get enough of these red summer fruits. Delicious, sensual, and extravagant. It smells of preserved cherry, vanilla, and beeswax. On the palate, it's full-bodied and velvety with a pronounced almond note. A hint of cherry lingers right through to the finish. It's also wonderful in cocktails: lemon juice, simple syrup, soda water, a lemon wedge, and a fresh cherry.
