Grüner Veltliner Ice Wine 2022, 37 cl

Ice wine is a gift of winter, and Schloss Gobelsburg receives it almost every year at temperatures of at least -7°C. In the glass, it's a sweet and lingering pleasure, with a slightly spicy note (the "peppery" flavor!) and a wonderful acidity that makes your mouth water. The wine captures the essence of all the grape's qualities, with aromas of almond paste, saffron, mint, passion fruit, dried apricot, lilies, and magnolia. A heavenly delight!
