Its aging potential is legendary! Partially aged in used oak barrels, Geheimrat J displays depth, richness, and a perfect interplay of acidity and ripeness – elegant, powerful, yet light-footed. On the nose, it reveals seductive yellow fruit, ripe citrus notes, peach, and apple; on the palate, a succulent richness, precise acidity, and a long, mineral finish.
